Service Description

• The Service is a client‑side web application that lets you view, edit (JPEG only, limited fields), remove, and export photo metadata.
• Processing occurs locally in your browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers.
• The Service may include ads and limited analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to violate applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content you process and share, and for keeping backups of your originals.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be noted.

Intellectual Property

The Service’s code, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. This does not affect your rights in your own images.

No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement). We do not guarantee compatibility with all files, devices, or browsers.

Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates third‑party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google AdSense, map tiles). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
